If you aren’t satisfied with your Stepsy subscription, you can cancel within the first 60 days of a new subscription and upon request, receive a full refund, except for the commission of the payment processor. Details of this policy are below:
The policy applies to new paid subscriptions and when you upgrade from the free plan to a paid subscription level.
A refund request for a subscription canceled after more than 14 days will be dealt with on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. Refunds will only be issued to the payment method used to purchase the subscription.
It may take up to 14 business days for your refund to process via Paddle and appear on your credit card statement.
